Paintless dent repair · Bethlehem PA · the Lehigh Valley
Parking lot. Hail. Someone’s door. Doesn’t matter — it’s fixable more often than you think.

Size, severity, location — that’s what I quote on. If I can’t pull it, I’ll tell you on the spot.

The most common dent in the Valley. Massaged out from behind the panel — your factory paint never gets touched.

Six taps and you get the same call Mike’d make — paintless, split work, or an honest no. Free either way.
This is the read Mike builds in his head off your photo — year/make for the metal, where it sits, whether the paint’s intact. Fewer surprises, a tighter quote.
Every car Mike repairs is shot before and after under shop light, then filed under the customer’s name — 128 panels on record across the Lehigh Valley. Zero panels replaced. Ever.

A real panel, before and after under the reading light. No paint, no filler — the factory finish kept, the panel saved.

Nineteen years reading metal — detail bay to ARC-Master. Zero panels replaced, ever.
Most PDR techs pay $20–30K for a one-week class plus $40K in tools — and most fizzle out. Mike trained for free on a hailstorm for a full year before he ever touched a customer’s car alone.
218five-star reviews.
The most-reviewed PDR shop in the Lehigh Valley — the next-best has roughly 130. Real customers, real cars, real receipts.
Read them on Google“If you’re not happy when I’m done, I won’t charge you. I always try to do perfect factory.”
Every job goes in the logbook with a before/after photo and a written quote. No marketing math. The receipts are open — flip through them in the gallery.
Five steps, start to keys — your out-of-pocket is just the deductible.
Hail, branch, acorn, vandalism — all comprehensive.
Photos for most carriers; in-person for big jobs.
Minus your deductible — paid to you, not Mike.
Walk every panel. Not right, you don’t pay.
Extra damage written up under shop light.
The carrier’s check covers the rest. Comprehensive claims don’t move your premium.
Mike isn’t a direct-bill shop — the carrier’s check comes to you, not him. He’s working toward DRP status with Erie first.
Your out-of-pocket: just your deductible. The carrier cuts you the check; you pay Mike the check plus your deductible.

Text Mike the quote + a photo of the damage. If PDR can do it cheaper, faster, no Carfax record — he'll tell you straight, within 24–48 hours. If it's actually a body-shop job, he'll say that too and refer you to one he trusts.
Three quick phone shots and Mike has everything he needs. Most people send one tight close-up — Mike can’t read the panel that way. The distance shot is the one that unlocks the quote.

PDR pricing depends on the dent size, depth, and panel location. Door dings typically run $125–$250 each. Mid-size dents and shallow creases run $150–$350. Hail damage is quoted per vehicle based on dent count — most full-vehicle hail jobs in the Lehigh Valley run $1,200–$3,500 (insurance covers the rest of any supplement). Send a photo and you'll get a real written quote within 24–48 hours, not a "starting from" estimate.
Single door dings: 30–60 minutes on-site. Multiple dings or a small crease: 2–4 hours. Hail repairs: most cars done in 1 day at the shop, larger storms 2–3 days. We don't hold cars for a week the way collision shops do — there's no paint to dry.
Yes — every town in the Valley plus the surrounding counties. The primary route covers Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Hellertown, Northampton, Catasauqua, Coplay, Fountain Hill, Freemansburg, and Bath. Mobile route to Quakertown, Nazareth, Macungie, Coopersburg, Palmer Township, Bath, and Phillipsburg NJ. Outer-market route to the Poconos (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg) and Doylestown and Souderton. Every job is scheduled in advance. See the service area map above for the full 30-mile loop.
It's a five-step flow, and Mike does not bill the carrier — you do. You file the comprehensive claim with Erie, State Farm, Geico, or Progressive. The carrier pays you minus your deductible. Mike writes the estimate (and any supplement) so your adjuster has the right number, repairs the car, and you pay Mike with the carrier check plus your deductible. Out of pocket is just your deductible. Hail claims usually don't affect your rates because they're comprehensive (not at-fault), and PDR runs 30–50% cheaper than a body-shop repair.
PDR works on door dings, hail damage, parking-lot creases, body-line dents, hinge dents, and most large dents up to softball-size — as long as the paint isn't cracked. PDR can't fix dents with paint chips, dents in inaccessible areas (sealed seams, sharp body lines on some panels), or panels that are bent past their metal memory. If we can't fix it cleanly we'll tell you on the spot for free and refer you to a body shop we trust.
Both. Mike runs a fully-equipped mobile PDR unit covering a 30-mile radius from Bethlehem — driveway, office lot, dealership, storage unit, anywhere with light and space. Most jobs are completed while you stay on a Zoom call. Larger jobs (full hail events) usually come back to the Bethlehem shop where the controlled lighting and full toolkit are on hand. You decide.

“If your dent isn't paintless, I'll tell you on the spot — for free — and point you to a body shop I trust. The honest answer beats a half-fixed panel every time.”

Send a photo, written quote within 24–48 hours. The price you see is the price you pay.
“If I can fix it, I make it factory. If I can’t, I’ll tell you on the spot — I’d rather lose the job than sell you a half-fix.”
