How do I know which service my car needs?
Send clear photos of the full panel, a side angle, and the damaged area. Mike identifies the likely repair path, confirms whether PDR appears to fit, and replies with a written price within 24–48 hours.
What kinds of damage are NOT paintless-fixable?
Cracked paint, severely folded or stretched metal, and damage with no workable tool access can change whether PDR is the right repair. Mike checks the paint, metal movement, panel location, and access before confirming the job.
Can you fix multiple types of damage on the same car?
Often, yes. Send photos of every affected panel so Mike can assess the complete scope and put the repair into one written quote. The price depends on the actual dents, access, material, and repair setting.
Is mobile service the same price as in-shop?
Do not assume the setting changes or preserves the price. Mike confirms mobile or shop from the address, damage, light, space, and weather, then includes the agreed repair setting in the written quote.
Do you do dealer or fleet pricing?
Fleet work is referral-only and quoted at retail rates. Dent Sorcery does not offer a volume discount. Send the vehicle list and damage photos so Mike can decide whether the work fits the schedule and service model.
How quickly can I get on the schedule?
Every repair is scheduled in advance. Mike replies to a complete photo request with a written price within 24–48 hours, then confirms the available appointment separately. Quote timing is not an appointment promise.
